Design & front-end development

In the process of developing a new product at MediaTree, we wanted direct feedback from our customers. The task was to see which style card carrier was preferred and why. I designed a simple survey page that allowed users to view and choose which carrier they liked best and provide feedback on why. The turn around for this project was less than 2 days, which allowed us to move quickly into production. View the live page!

Learning from our customers

We sent our customers an email asking for feedback on the dimensions of our new reward card carrier. The offer was a chance to win a pair of movie tickets to answer a few questions.

After a few days, we analyzed the data. The second card carrier was the winner, with the majority of people saying they enjoyed the unique design. Learning from our customers needs and concerns is something we greatly value and has helped us in directing the future of MediaTree.
